After collaborating on a limited Gel-Quantum Kinetic release in early 2024, the duo of AIREI and ASICS ran back its collaboration later in 2024 in the form of the 50-pair release of the Gel-Quantum Kinetic Birch/Dark Taupe. The colorway features a khadi gauze construction with the shoe being set aflame to reveal a section of the shoes upper. The box of the Special Box edition is also covered in khadi gauze.
